By accessing or using LinkedAutomate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily use LinkedAutomate for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: - Modify or copy the materials. - Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial). - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on LinkedAutomate. - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials. - Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. LinkedAutomate reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

LinkedAutomate provides LinkedIn automation tools including but not limited to automated connection requests, messaging, profile viewing, and CRM features. Our service operates as a Chrome browser extension and associated web platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

LinkedAutomate is designed to work within LinkedIn's terms of service and usage limits. However, you acknowledge that: - You are solely responsible for your use of LinkedIn and compliance with LinkedIn's terms. - LinkedAutomate does not guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not be restricted or suspended. - You agree to use LinkedAutomate responsibly and within reasonable limits. - We provide built-in safety limits to help protect your LinkedIn account.

Certain features of LinkedAutomate require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. - Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. - Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

In no event shall LinkedAutomate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LinkedAutomate, even if LinkedAutomate has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedAutomate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our service or by email. Your continued use of LinkedAutomate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
